Rizea Networks — we protect data and comply with GDPR legislation
1) The operator

2) What data do we collect?
- Identification data (name, company, position)
- Contact details (email, phone)
- Content provided in forms/chat (messages, attachments)
- Technical data (IP, user agent, device, response times)
- Consent preferences (e.g. cookies, marketing)
We do not request special category data (art. 9 GDPR). Do not use chat for sensitive information.

5) Recipients / authorized persons
We may share data, strictly necessary, with service providers (hosting, email, CRM, ticketing, payment processors, analytical tools). All of them act on the basis of contracts in accordance with art. 28 GDPR.
6) Transfers outside the EEA
We do not transfer data outside the EEA unless there is adequate guarantees (SCC/Standard Contractual Clauses, adequacy decisions). In such cases, you will be informed in advance.
8) Automated decisions/profiling
We do not make decisions with legal effect solely automatically. Marketing profiling (if any) is based on consent and can be stopped at any time.
9) Your rights
- Access, rectification, deletion ("right to be forgotten")
- Restriction, portability, opposition
- Withdrawal of consent (without affecting previous processing)
- Complaint to ANSPDCP (dataprotection.ro)

10) Consent & withdrawal
You can change your mind at any time. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
11) Security
We apply technical and organizational measures: access control, encryption in transit, back-up, logging, internal policies and periodic staff training.
12) Minors
Our services are not aimed at persons under the age of 16. If a parent/guardian believes that data of a minor has been transmitted, they can contact us for deletion.
